What is the main difference between the plastic and wooden 8' tables?

Here's the scoop: our wooden tables are the real MVPs when it comes to durability and space! They're incredibly sturdy, with a spacious 40" width! This 10" of extra space creates room for decor and tableware , without crowding your guests! Our plastic tables carry a narrower 30" width. Give us a call to see what is right for you!

Is the Rental Protection Plan (RPP) worth including for my event?

We encourage all customers to include the RPP for peace of mind. We all know accidents happen! Our Rental Protection Plan offers comprehensive coverage for all rented equipment, safeguarding you from repair or replacement costs due to unintended damages. Enjoy your event stress-free, knowing you're fully protected. Let us handle the details while you focus on making memories. Sumo Suit Rental Package is NOT covered under the RPP*.

Do you provide staffing or support during the event?

Absolutely! We're here to make your event seamless. While staffing or support isn't automatically included, we offer this service upon request at a low cost. Our friendly and professional staffers can oversee specific areas or assist with predetermined tasks. Just give us a heads-up beforehand, and we'll ensure availability to cater to your event needs.

Is setup included in the base rental cost?

While we do offer setup and cleanup assistance, they're not automatically included in the rental cost. We're more than happy to lend a hand, and these services are billed on an hourly basis. Just let us know your needs, and we'll ensure everything is taken care of seamlessly. We'll focus on the grunt work, you focus on making memories!

What happens if there is damage to a rental item during the event? What if it was on accident?

We're all about making your experience stress-free. We highly encourage our Rental Protection Plan (RPP) for coverage against any accidental damages during your rental. Without the RPP, you're responsible for damages. Rest assured, we'll assess and handle any issues professionally, billing accordingly. Check page 8 of your rental contract and the 'Itemized Rental Packages List with Cost of Repair/Replacement' for details. We're here to assist!

How far in advance do I need to book rentals for my event?

We recommend booking your rentals as early as possible to ensure availability for your event. Popular items tend to book up quickly, especially during peak seasons, so securing your rentals well in advance is advised. Contact us to discuss your needs and reserve your items to guarantee they're available for your special day!

Do I need to place a deposit to reserve equipment for my upcoming event?

To secure equipment for your event, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full 72 hours before your rental period begins. We understand plans can change, so enjoy peace of mind with our NO FEE reschedule/cancellation policy! Just notify us at least 3 days before your event for a full refund, no questions asked.

Can I view the items in person before renting them?

Certainly! We're happy to arrange a viewing for you to inspect the items in person. We take pride in maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of all our equipment! Let's coordinate a convenient time for you to see the items of interest up close. Just reach out to us, and we'll make sure to accommodate your request.

Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations or charitable events?

Absolutely! We're happy to support non-profit organizations and charitable events. Give us a call, and we'll discuss the details to accommodate your needs. We've collaborated with tax-exempt groups like NACCAP in the past, and we look forward to working with you to make your event a success!

Are there any additional charges for late returns or damages?

Late returns and damages are subject to additional charges, but don't worry, we've got you covered! Just flip to page 6 of the customer contract for details on our late return policy. We kindly ask all guests to return equipment promptly, ensuring everyone gets a chance to enjoy our services. Your cooperation keeps the party going smoothly for everyone!"

Are your rental items clean and well-maintained?
